Pulatov Khairulla Lutpullayevich, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, and Shukhrat Daminovich Chotboyev, patent expert of the institute, participated in a discussion on the "Youth" radio channel "Conversation with Youth" - work being carried out to improve the system of commercialization of new developments, which is considered the main tool for innovative development in Uzbekistan.
