The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations organized advanced training courses on the topic “Modern Trends in Information Service Activities: Digital Technologies, PR Tools and Artificial Intelligence” at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel of the Higher Education System from July 3 to 9, 2025.

More than 100 information service employees from higher education institutions in our country are participating in this advanced training program. The first training courses were held on July 3-5.

Egamnazar Abdulboqiyev, Advisor to the Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on Information Policy Issues - Press Secretary, also participated in it and successfully completed the advanced training courses.

In it, along with theoretical knowledge, the participants were taught practical skills in the following areas by leading experts in the field:

- Possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of PR;

- Fundamentals of Prompt Engineering;

- Conduct PR activities through informative, educational and entertaining content;

- Communicate effectively with the public and stakeholders in crisis situations;

- Develop advanced skills in critical analysis of information, fact-checking and source verification.

At the end of the training course, participants were awarded certificates.
