Cooperation between Uzbek and Italian universities is reaching a new level

On April 25, a roundtable discussion on the topic “Uzbekistan and Italy: new horizons of cooperation” was held at Samarkand State University. This event was held with the participation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture, embassies of the two countries, and leading higher educational institutions.

The roundtable discussion was also attended by Zebo Babakhanova, Head of the Internationalization and Transformation Department of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, and Aziz Uzakov, Head of the Joint Educational Programs Department.

During the event, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Ca' Foscari University in Venice on training personnel in double-degree educational programs.
