On April 1-4 of this year, the UzMetalMashExpo-2025 exhibition of metallurgy, metalworking and welding equipment was held at the Uzexpocenter JSC.

More than 200 companies from 15 countries, including the developed countries of the world, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Iran, China and other countries, participated in this exhibition. The main goal of this exhibition is to attract leading enterprises and investors to the machine-building industry for the development of our country. The professors and teachers of the department of "Engineering Fundamentals and Mechanics" Associate Professor M.N. Tokhtasheva, Associate Professor I.S. Saidnazarova, and trainee teachers M.O. Khakimova visited this exhibition.

The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the innovations and achievements of the world's leading large enterprises and organizations, to provide information about new technologies in the educational process, and to use them as an additional resource for future planned projects. In addition to the manufacturing industry, the exhibition was attended by visiting specialists from Russia, who shared a set of literature with books related to the field of mechanical engineering.

On April 1-4 of this year, the UzFood - an exhibition of food, ingredients, packaging and production technologies was held at the Uzexpocenter JSC.

The acting head of the department "Fundamentals of Engineering and Mechanics" M.Yu. Rakhimov, professors and teachers of the department, associate professor M.N. Tokhtasheva, associate professor I.S. Saidnazarova, and trainee teachers M.O. Khakimova participated in this exhibition.

The exhibition was attended by leading manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of the food industry, representing the national and world food markets. Top managers of companies, importers and distributors typical for the food industry visited. During the exhibition, it was possible to get acquainted with various food products and equipment, as well as find partners. The main purpose is to get acquainted with the projects and exhibitions of leading enterprises and organizations, exchange ideas with representatives to inform students about new technologies in education, and use them as an additional resource for future planned projects.

The participants of the exhibition gained experience in the field through seminars and trainings organized by the manufacturers. During the visit, it was agreed with the representatives of the production on the development of our institute's food industry, including industrial machinery and equipment, cooperation with enterprises, and organization of meetings.
