The First Silk Road International Scientific and Technical Conference on Food Sciences and Foodomics has started

Today, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program project “ECAMPUZ – European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE)”, the International Scientific and Technical Conference on Food Sciences and Foodomics has started its work.

The conference will discuss advanced research, innovative solutions and international exchange of experience in the field of food sciences and technologies.

This conference, organized in cooperation with the European Union, the ECAMPUZ project, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Bukhara State Technical University and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, is an important step for Uzbek scientists to expand international cooperation and ensure food security.

The team of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology also actively participated in this prestigious event, presenting their scientific developments and experiences.
