International scientific cooperation from the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology!
Rakhimov Dilshod Pulatovich, a 1st-year DSc doctoral student of the Department of Food and Perfumery and Cosmetics Technology, is conducting research at the Food Science and Engineering Laboratory of JIANGNAN UNIVERSITY within the framework of the international grant of the CSC (China Scholarship Council) of the People's Republic of China.
The research direction of our doctoral student is aimed at optimizing the transesterification processes of oils, creating functional food products based on modified oils, and studying their physicochemical and rheological properties. This scientific work serves to develop healthy oil components in modern food technologies, create innovative products by improving their structural and functional properties.
This scientific activity not only enhances the individual potential of our doctoral student, but also serves to further strengthen international scientific cooperation between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and JIANGNAN UNIVERSITY.
