On November 28, 2024, at the Faculty of "Industrial Engineering and Management" of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, an important meeting was organized at the initiative of the Women's Council to guide the younger generation into the field of leadership and entrepreneurship, develop their abilities and inspire them. Gulyamova Kamola Khaitovna, deputy of the Almazar district, head of the design development department of the Uzbek Textile Industry Association, participated in the event as a guest.
The meeting was attended by Gulnora Aripova, Advisor to the Rector on Women's Issues, J.A. Aliyeva, Advisor to the Dean of the Faculty of "Industrial Engineering and Management" on Women's Issues, M. Bekmuratova, Advisor to the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, other faculty advisors and students.
During the event, Gulyamova Kamola Khaitovna shared her experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. She emphasized the importance of determination, consistency in achieving goals, and continuous development. She explained how she overcame difficulties in her work and the ways to achieve success through practical examples.
At the meeting, students asked questions of interest to them and enjoyed Kamola Khaitovna's valuable recommendations. In particular, the advice on developing leadership skills, the necessary steps to start a business, and the use of modern technologies was warmly received by the participants.
