A round table discussion dedicated to the "International Saiga Day" was held in the heart of nature with professors and teachers of the "Industrial Ecology" department of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and students of the "Ecology and Environmental Protection" program. During the round table discussion, students were informed about the protection of the animal and plant world, the fight against cruelty to animals, the rare and endangered animal and plant world, the treatment and return to nature of injured or abandoned animals, the fight against illegal hunting and animal trafficking of rare animals, and monitoring biodiversity in specially protected areas.
Every person is responsible for preserving such unique animals as the saiga, protecting their habitat, and maintaining natural balance. It was emphasized that by preserving such rare species, we will bequeath a rich and healthy ecosystem to future generations. At the end of the event, students received answers to their questions.
