Under the leadership of our vice-rector, students of our institute got acquainted with the vacancies.

Ensuring the employment of graduates of higher educational institutions and preparing them for the future by directing them to a profession is one of the priorities of our state youth policy. For this purpose, systematic and targeted work is being carried out in our country with graduating students.

In particular, meetings are organized with graduating students throughout the republic, and “Business Marathon” seminar-trainings with the participation of successful entrepreneurs and events aimed at ensuring their employment are being held. During the meetings, open dialogues are organized with graduates, their professional interests, future plans, and problems they face are being studied.

One of such important practical events was a meeting and job fair aimed at ensuring the employment of young graduates, held on July 10 of this year at the Tashkent State University of Economics in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, Tashkent City Administration, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Youth Affairs Agency, the "Step into the Future" Center of the Uzmilliybank JSC, and more than 50 private entrepreneurs.

The main goal of the event is to ensure that young people take a worthy place in the labor market, develop their entrepreneurial skills and create real job opportunities.

The dialogue was attended by heads of higher educational institutions in our capital, more than 2 thousand graduating students, large entrepreneurs and representatives of industry enterprises and organizations. At the meeting, representatives of the industry and responsible officials organized an open dialogue with students, and career guidance and employment issues were discussed. As part of the event, a motivational seminar-training "Business Marathon" with the participation of successful entrepreneurs and a job fair were organized for graduating students, and real job offers were presented to graduates.

Also, within the framework of the "Step into the Future" project of "Uzmilliybank" JSC, young people were provided with assistance in starting a business, financial and legal advice. Practical recommendations and relevant information on employment opportunities were provided.

These meetings serve not only as a space for direct communication with young people, but also as a real platform for their professional development. Providing knowledge, motivation and opportunities to today's youth is a major initiative aimed not only at their personal development, but also at national development. In Uzbekistan, cooperation between the state and the private sector, open dialogues for young people and the implementation of targeted projects serve as a solid foundation for the sustainable economic and social development of our country.

The meeting included a sincere and open dialogue with major entrepreneurs in the capital, rectors of higher educational institutions and graduating youth. Graduates received answers to questions of interest to them.

Today's youth are tomorrow's leaders. Supporting them, creating opportunities and guiding them is the greatest investment in the development of society.
