Ta preventive event aimed at improving legal culture and cybersecurity culture among young people was held.
The next preventive and spiritual event was organized at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology in order to increase the legal awareness and culture of students and young people, protect them from crimes and offenses, as well as modern threats, in particular, cybercrimes.
The event was held in collaboration with the Mirzo Ulugbek District Internal Affairs Department. It was attended by the Deputy Head of the Department for Spiritual and Educational Affairs, Major Dilshod Ismailbekov, the District Inspector of the District Internal Affairs Department Ozodbek Khasanov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty N.Sh. Zulyarova, industry specialists, tutors and students.
During the meeting, issues of preventing offenses, combating crime, forming a culture of adherence to the law, and improving the social environment were discussed. At the same time, special attention was paid to the currently relevant issues of cybersecurity, namely the protection of personal data on social networks, the prevention of online fraud, Internet culture and safe digital behavior.
Experts gave students recommendations on current legislation, the rights and obligations of young people, as well as rules of conduct in virtual space. The event was held in the form of an open dialogue, and students received answers to questions of interest to them.
Such events are important in educating young people as legally mature, aware of information attacks and responsible individuals.
