The relevant information systems of the UzASBO DM, HEMIS, Billing and the National Agency for Social Protection have been integrated, and the processes of assigning financial assistance and scholarships to students have been fully digitized.

Human intervention in determining students' payment and contract information, grades in subjects at the end of the last semester, and benefits that serve as the basis for receiving financial incentives have been eliminated, and automatic data recognition has been established.

In addition, a procedure for maintaining electronic records of relevant documents, including minutes of the scholarship commission meeting and orders, has been introduced in the HEMIS information system.

As a result, the level of control has been further strengthened and the transparency of the scholarship awarding processes has been ensured.
