On April 29, 2025, a meeting was held in the dormitory of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology aimed at preventing delinquency and crime among students and youth.

The meeting, chaired by the rector of the institute, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, was attended by vice-rectors, deans of faculties, the institute's preventive inspector, the commandant, psychologists-pedagogues, educators-pedagogues and tutors.

At this meeting, it was noted that in the modern information space, young people are likely to be quickly influenced by social networks and the Internet. Therefore, the need for constant propaganda and advocacy work was noted to form spiritual and educational immunity among students and protect them from ideological threats.

After the meeting, Rector B.Sh.Usmanov had a cordial conversation with students living in the student dormitory.
