On July 23, 2025, in order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to effectively organize the activities of chemical enterprises, their financial recovery and radical diversification of the industry through the implementation of promising projects”, representatives of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology paid a working visit to Ammofos-Maxam JSC.

As part of this visit, a meeting was held by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Institute T.T. Safarov, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering Sh. Bukhorov, and Head of the Career Center A. Mirkomilov on the issue of establishing branches of specialized departments of the Institute at Ammofos-Maxam JSC.

The meeting was attended by the Production Director of the Company, Sodikov Bakhodir Bagirovich, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economics and Finance, Gafurov Behzod Abdukarim oglu, Head of the Personnel Department, Dzhumanizov Bakhtiyor Dzhumabayevich, Head of the Personnel Training Center, Alimkulova Muborak Eraliyevna, Head of the Production Coordination and Technical Development Department, Nasriddinov Azamjon Umaralievich.

During the negotiations, areas of cooperation were identified in the enterprise in terms of opening branches of the institute's departments, strengthening the integration of education and production, and providing students with internships and employment.

At the end of the visit, an acquaintance with the audiences involved in the educational process was also organized.

This visit is expected to be a new stage in bilateral strategic cooperation.
