A meeting was organized between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Polish company "Biologic International" on the issues of attracting young specialists to industrial production in the areas of chemical engineering and perfumery.

It was attended by Vice-Rector for Economic and Organizational Issues B.B. Kadyrov, Acting Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations A.N. Shernayev, Dean of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies L.Yusupova, Head of the Department of "Biotechnology" A.Normatov, Professor of the Department N.A. Khojamshukurov, Head of the Department of International Rating, Accreditation and Transformation Sh.Sheraliyev and professors.

During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of cooperation between the plant and the institute, which are expected to be opened in the future.

This partnership serves to combine research activities with practice, as well as to strengthen students' industry-specific skills in real production processes.

The delegation members were introduced to the laboratory conditions necessary for the products planned to be produced.
