A meeting was held in the dormitory of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology as part of the "Department Days".

On April 15, 2025, the acting head of the department "Fundamentals of Engineering and Mechanics" M.Yu. Rakhimov and his professors visited the dormitory of the institute.

During the visit, a conversation was held with students about existing problems in the educational process. Students received answers from professors and teachers to all their questions about solutions to existing problems observed in the educational process.

It was explained that among the students studying at the institute, priority is given to students who are truly orphans, have lost their breadwinners, are low-income, are included in the "Iron Notebook", have disabilities of group I or II, are being treated for chronic diseases, are studying from abroad, and have 2 or more children in their families studying on a contract basis.

It was also emphasized that for the upcoming current control and final control weeks, students should thoroughly prepare for the subjects of engineering and computer graphics, technical mechanics, resistance of materials, basic technological processes and devices, and heat engineering, which are being conducted by the professors and teachers of the department, and complete the tasks and assignments that have not yet been completed or have not been completed. The professors and teachers inspected the kitchens and living rooms of boys and girls in the student dormitory.

During the visit, the professors and teachers provided the necessary advice and instructions to students who were busy with drawing work and course project work.
