A round table discussion was organized at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Faculty of "Industrial Engineering and Management" on the occasion of January 14 - Defenders of the Fatherland Day.

The discussion was attended by the inspector of the Shaykhontohur district, IIO FMB ATSJOOB N.Suvonova, senior lieutenant Sh.Islomov, deputy dean for youth work M.Kenjayev, as well as tutors and students of the faculty.

A solemn round table discussion was organized on the occasion of January 14 - Defenders of the Fatherland Day, which is a symbol of courage, bravery and selflessness. This auspicious date is an expression of boundless respect and recognition for the brave men who ensure the peace of our country, the purity of our sky and the tranquility of our people.

The festive part of the event glorified the Motherland, sincere words were spoken about the value of peace, the honor and responsibility of military service. Deep gratitude was expressed to the selfless defenders of the Motherland, and it was emphasized that their courage and perseverance are an example for all of us.

After that, during the round table discussion, the young people were given detailed explanations on the current issues of patriotism, military duty, and the dangers of cybersecurity and drug trafficking.

Regarding cybersecurity, the young people were warned about the need to be vigilant in the Internet space, protect personal information, and beware of false promises and cyber fraud.

Regarding drug trafficking, the serious consequences of crimes under the guise of easy money and the great harm they cause to human life and future were explained through specific examples.

At the end of the event, it was noted that the defense of the Motherland is carried out not only with weapons, but also with knowledge, awareness, vigilance, and loyalty to the law. Such meetings further strengthen the feelings of love for the country, responsibility, and confidence in the future among young people.
