An event aimed at preventing crime and further strengthening the prevention of offenses was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology under the slogan "Safe and Healthy Country".
Raising the younger generation as legally literate, socially responsible and striving for a healthy lifestyle is one of the important factors in the development of society. For this purpose, the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology organized another spiritual and educational meeting dedicated to the prevention of offenses and the fight against drug addiction among young people.
The event was opened by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the Institute, Boborajabov Bakhodir Nasriddinovich, with an introductory speech. In his speech, he emphasized the relevance of the work being carried out today to form legal awareness in the education of young people and combat crime.
The event was attended by the head of the Tashkent city Internal Affairs Department, Colonel Pak Stanislav Yurevich, the head of the Mirzo Ulugbek district Internal Affairs Department, Lieutenant Colonel Mirzaraimov Sardor Toirovich, the deputy head of the Tuman Internal Affairs Department, Sherzod Merzaev, and the senior inspector of prevention at the institute, Lieutenant Colonel A. Jumanov.
During the meeting, the factors leading to crime among young people, the negative consequences of drug addiction, as well as the importance of family upbringing and the environment of friends were widely covered. The officials encouraged students to be vigilant and live in a spirit of respect for the law through real-life examples. In particular, the introduction of real situations through statistical analyses and video clips on the topic of the fight against drug addiction made a deep impression on the minds of students.
The event was held in the form of an open dialogue. Students asked questions that interested them and received practical, real-life answers from experts. This served to form a sharply negative attitude towards crime among young people.
At the end of the event, all participants were thanked. Such meetings serve as an important stage in ensuring the spiritual and moral maturity of young people and raising them as healthy, legally literate individuals.
