On July 7, 2025, under the slogan “Successful employment is a reliable guarantee of quality education!”, “Career Day” was organized at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology within the framework of the “Youth Employment Month” and “Relevant 90 Days” to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-61 dated February 14, 2025.

The event was attended by the leadership of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, graduating youth, Head of the Personnel Department of Uzkimyosanoat JSC Sirojiddinov Furqat Bahodirovich, Deputy Head of the Technical Department of the Dehqonabad Potash Plant Tokhtayev Saidokil Saiazamovich, Representatives of the Maksam-Chirchik Personnel Training Department R. Ablanova and J. Anarbayev, Head of the Department of the National Metrology Institute Najmiddinov Komoliddin Ravshanovich, Chief Specialist of the Personnel Department Turakulov Anvarali Ne'mat oglu, and representatives of other organizations.

The event was opened by the rector of the institute, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, with an introductory speech. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the employment of graduating students, the effective use of their free time, as well as their employment in their specialties, and gave relevant recommendations and instructions.

In their speeches, company representatives shared information on the current labor market situation, state programs aimed at ensuring youth employment, existing job vacancies, and ensuring graduate employment.
