A delegation led by the rector of the Dresden Technical University visited the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

As part of the visit, on April 1, 2025, a meeting was held between the rector of the institute, Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, the head of the Department of Internationalization and Transformation, Z.A. Babakhanova, the head of the Department of Enterprises and Industrial Sectors, A.N. Shernayev, the head of the Department of Doctoral Studies and Scientific Research, A.B. Kamolov, the rector of the Dresden Technical University, Viktori Machtchernie, and the university professor Elena Klimova.

The meeting discussed issues of strengthening cooperation between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Dresden Technical University and discussing new scientific projects.

Also, issues of strengthening cooperation in the field of education and research between TKTI, the "Uzsanoatqurilishmateriallari" association, and leading higher education and scientific institutions of Germany, exchanging experience on the latest scientific work and new developments in the field of building materials, discussing joint scientific projects and launching scientific initiatives, sending professors and teachers abroad, and developing bilateral cooperation were discussed.
