INTERNATIONAL WINTER SCHOOL CONTINUES AT TASHKENT INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY

The "International Winter School" on the theme "Tashkent: Harmony of Cultures, Enlightenment and Education", scheduled to be held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology from December 11 to 18, officially began its work on December 12, 2025.

The opening ceremony began with the registration of the participants of the winter school. On the first day of the winter school, guests from Osh State University of the Kyrgyz Republic attended the event - Deputy Director of the Institute of International Relations EFKTiAT of OshSU, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor A.A. Boronbaeva, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor M. Mirzaeva, Head of the Department of Languages ​​of OshSU, Ph.D., Associate Professor Ch.A. Tinibekova, Ph.D., Associate Professors K.Sh. Chotukeyeva, T.J. Isakova, as well as professors, masters and students.

The event was attended by T.T. Safarov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the TKTI, O.E. Ziyadullayev, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Transformation, Z.A. Babakhanova, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations, A.M. Normatov, Dean of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technologies, K.D. Davlatov, Head of the Department of Languages, G.N. Tavaldiyeva, R.U. Torejanova, and other professors and students.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, T.T. Safarov officially opened the winter school, noting that this international project will serve to further develop educational cooperation between higher education institutions of the two countries and wished success to the participants, while O.E. Ziyadullayev introduced the guests to the current activities of the TKTI and the institute.

Associate Professor of the Department of Languages ​​G.N. Tavaldiyeva delivered a speech on the topic “Tashkent: Harmony of Cultures, Enlightenment and Education” and spoke about the history of Uzbekistan, the international and educational policy of our independent state, Uzbek culture, and Uzbek-Kyrgyz fraternal relations.

Also, Associate Professor of Osh State University A.A. Boronbayeva congratulated the participants and touched upon the friendly and cooperative relations between the Kyrgyz-Uzbek peoples, and Ch.A. Tinibekova gave a speech on the topic “Historical Development and Modern Mission of Osh State University” and familiarized the participants with the activities of Osh State University.

Head of the Department of Languages ​​K.D. Davlatov expressed his opinion on the prospects for concluding international cooperation agreements between the departments of the two higher educational institutions within the framework of the winter school.
