On October 25, 2024, promotional activities were held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology within the framework of the month of combating the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

L.A. Yusupova, dean of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies, YBIB deputy dean J.T. Sidikov, Lt. Col. G. T. Mamatkulov, master's student of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, faculty tutors and students took part.

The main purpose of this promotional event is to prevent the spread of drugs among students, hooliganism and similar crimes, and to warn them about the consequences, Lt. Col. G. T. Mamatkulov shared his recommendations in this regard.

During the meeting, the participants were told "Drug addiction is the plague of the century!" a documentary film was shown.
