On November 29, 2024, the Faculty of Food and Winemaking Technologies and the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology held a spiritual and educational event on the Alley of Writers on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the Law “On the State Language of the Republic of Karakalpakstan”.

The event began at the foot of the statues of the outstanding poets of the Uzbek and Karakalpak people - the People's Poet of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan Ibroyim Yusupov and Berdak, located on the Alley of Writers. At this important spiritual and cultural event, students learned about the life and work of the poets, analyzed their thoughts on national pride and language issues expressed in their works.

During the event, students were provided with detailed information on current issues related to the issue of the state language, the need to study literary heritage, and measures aimed at developing the language. This event served to increase the students' respect for their native language and a deeper understanding of national values.

After that, the students participated in an event held at the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan and participated in discussions on literature and culture.
