On February 7, 2025, a spiritual and educational event entitled "Navoi Khanate, Poetry and Navo" dedicated to the 584th anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi was held at the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The event was attended by the rector of the institute, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, vice-rector for academic activities, T.T. Safarov, first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs, B.N. Boborajabov, dean of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology, U.N. Baltabayev, heads of departments, deputy deans, faculty tutors, and students.

The event was opened by the rector of the institute, B.Sh. Usmanov, with an introductory speech, who spoke about Navoi's life and work, his invaluable contribution to our literature and culture.

The stage performances prepared by the students during the event received special attention.

Their stage performances vividly and impressively reflected the essence of Navoi's works. Also, songs and elegant dances set to the ghazals of the great poet were performed, which brought great pleasure to the audience. These artistic performances gave the event a more upbeat spirit and made it possible to feel the deep and unique beauty of Navoi's heritage.

In the second part of the event, the audience was asked interesting quiz questions dedicated to the life and work of Alisher Navoi, and those who answered correctly were awarded souvenirs. At the end of the event, a group of students and tutors who actively participated in the spiritual and educational event "Navoi Khanate, Poetry and Navoi" dedicated to the 584th anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi were awarded a certificate of appreciation from the rector of the institute.
