As you know, based on the joint decision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports, the public group "Shield" was established at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

Currently, the public group "Qalkan" is systematically carrying out its activities in cooperation with prevention inspectors.

In this regard, education of students in the spirit of military patriotism, helping to maintain public order, fight against crime, and helping to stabilize the socio-spiritual environment in higher education institutions are defined as priority tasks.
