On December 4, 2024, the Faculty of Food and Winemaking Technologies of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology organized an event on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of Gulbahor Kulmatova, Inspector of the Shaykhontohur District Civil Registry Office.

The event was attended by Gulnora Shukhratullayevna Aripova, Advisor to the Rector of the Institute for Women's Affairs, Shokhrukh Begmatov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Civil Service, faculty tutors, and students.

During the meeting, Gulbahor Kulmatova provided detailed information about the role and importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the life of our country, the reforms being implemented to ensure human rights. She also touched upon the issues of marriage registration, marriage age, and legislation on family rights, engaging the participants with her interesting remarks.

During the event, various questions asked by students were answered in detail by a specialist in the field. The procedures for registering marriages, recommendations aimed at strengthening family relationships among young people, and the concepts provided on human rights were very useful for the students.

This meeting served to increase the legal knowledge of young people and served as a forum for dialogue for students.
