Tashkent hosts Uzbekistan-France higher education forum
On May 19-20, the National University of Uzbekistan will host a higher education forum on the topic “Uzbek-French University: Prospects and Development”.
The forum will be attended by members of the delegation led by Anne-Marie Descote, Secretary General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France, Aurelia Bouche, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to Uzbekistan, heads of prestigious French universities such as Poitevin, Rennes, Lyon-2, Havre-Normandie, officials led by Shokhrukh Daliyev, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, rectors and scientists of leading higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of international organizations and companies.
The forum will be attended by Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, and Babakhanova Zebo Abdullaevna, Head of the Department of Internationalization and Transformation.
This conference is being organized to further strengthen cooperation in the field of higher education between the two countries, discuss future joint projects and educational programs, as well as establish practical cooperation.
