The working group, established in accordance with the order of the rector of the TKTI dated February 11, 2025, began its work today in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process at the institute, effectively introduce advanced pedagogical technologies into the educational process, create a healthy competitive environment among professors and teachers, analyze the process of teaching young trainee teachers and assistants and help them improve their pedagogical skills.
The members of the working group are tasked with conducting an objective, open and transparent analysis of the lessons of professors and teachers recommended by the heads of departments of the faculties and the Education Quality Control Department in March 2025 based on the “Lesson Analysis Criteria” and timely organization and formalization based on the “Internal Regulations on the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting ‘Open Lecture Classes’”, approved by the resolution of the meeting No. 3 of the Institute Council dated November 26, 2022; The task is to show the achievements and shortcomings of the professor-teacher who took the lesson and to give conclusions with their recommendations. The Education Quality Control Department is tasked with identifying teaching staff with low pedagogical skills based on the lesson minutes and conclusions analyzed by the working group and helping them improve their pedagogical skills, including taking practical measures to improve the quality of teaching at the institute by organizing master classes during free time in collaboration with members of the Pedagogical Skills School.
