Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology held a scholarship competition on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the trade unions of Uzbekistan

The Republican stage of the competition “Scholarship of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Workers” was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the trade unions of Uzbekistan as part of the weekly events organized by the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Workers.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Workers I. Isakov, Vice-Rector for Economic and Organizational Issues B. Qodirov, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of TKTI A. Abdurakhmonov, professors, teachers and students.

First, professors of our institute, Gappar Rahmonberdiev and Shavkat Nuraliev, were awarded Certificates of Appreciation by the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Workers for their contribution to the development of the trade union on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the trade unions of Uzbekistan.

The documents of the competition participants were considered by the Republican Commission in accordance with the requirements of the competition regulations. According to the conclusion of the Commission, students of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology Nilufar Kadirjonova and Shakhlo Bobojonova were recognized as scholarship winners.

The main goal of the competition is to increase the activity of young people in socio-economic life, support scientific research of students of higher educational institutions, continue the traditions of "Ustoz-shogird", train trade union personnel, and encourage talented students who are actively involved in industry activities.

Other students who actively participated in the competition were awarded with commemorative gifts.
