The “CAREER DAY” job fair was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

On May 15, 2025, the “CAREER DAY” job fair was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The event was attended by representatives of more than 90 manufacturing enterprises, large production enterprises under the control of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC, and responsible employees of the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent branch of the Agency for the Development of the Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, more than 1,800 young students are graduating from our institute. “CAREER DAY” was organized in order to find them a job.

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs T.T. Safarov with an introductory speech. Another innovation, the new procedure for entering state organizations, was explained to graduating students by the Chief Inspector of the Tashkent branch of the Agency for the Development of the Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdukarimov Utkir Khamzaevich, through the vacancy.argos.uz website.

Representatives of many enterprises also participated in the event with their presentations.

This academic year, more than 1,800 graduates will graduate from the institute and receive diplomas. This job fair was organized to help these graduates find suitable jobs for themselves. As part of the Career Day, company officials conduct interviews with students and conclude employment contracts on the spot.

For your information, today the institute has launched the “Career Center” to help students find jobs. This center organizes meetings between students and employers, enterprises and institutions.
