The Forum of Enterprise Managers entitled "Network-Enterprise-University" was held at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

On April 18, 2025, the Forum of Enterprise Managers entitled "Network-Enterprise-University" was held at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering.

At the forum, faculties and departments presented their developments, composites and exhibitions to enterprise leaders.

Representatives of more than 40 companies and enterprises participated in this forum and discussed issues of cooperation in scientific research, issues of organizing internships and student internships for professors and teachers, prospects for training personnel in the Dual education system in collaboration with industrial enterprises, cooperation in commercializing innovative developments of professors and teachers, young scientists, concluding business agreements, and signing new cooperation agreements and memorandums.

The forum was opened by the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, with an introductory speech.

"In addition to theoretical knowledge, students should also acquire practical skills in enterprises and organizations, which will help them become ready-made specialists by the time they graduate from the university, receiving a diploma. In this regard, we need to further expand cooperation with enterprises and build a bridge between the university and the enterprise for students based on the principle of the "Industry-Enterprise-University" chain," said the rector, B.Sh.Usmonov.

It is worth noting that the purpose of holding the forum of heads of enterprises of the "Industry-Enterprise-University" chain is to organize systematic work on the consistent implementation of the goals and objectives of sustainable development in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 841 dated October 20, 2018 "On measures to implement national goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development for the period until 2030", to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-158 dated September 11, 2023 on the "Uzbekistan-2030" Strategy, to establish training at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology based on the "Industry - Enterprise - University" chain in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the Minutes of the videoconference meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 32 dated June 20, 2024, The goal of our republic is to widely celebrate events dedicated to the "Year of Environmental Protection and the "Green" Economy" in 2025, develop partnerships with manufacturing enterprises, and develop international cooperation in research in the field of chemical technology.

After that, the Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Shukhrat Buriyevich Bukhorov, provided information about the faculty, and the heads of the existing departments provided information about educational, scientific, spiritual, international relations and activities.

In particular, the Head of the Department of Silicate Materials and Rare and Rare Metals Technology M.Aripova, Professor of the Department of High Molecular Compounds and Plastics M.Alimukhamedov, Professor of the Department of "Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances" A.U. Erkayev, provided information about educational, scientific, spiritual, international relations and activities.

During the forum, the heads and representatives of the visiting enterprises participated with their presentations and expressed their demands and suggestions.

Accordingly, the Director of “VEOLIA ENERGY TASHKENT” LLC, Nurmuratova Rano Rustamovna, Head of the Production Technical Department of “Kizilqum Phosphorite Complex” LLC, Boltayev Kilich Boltayevich, First Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the State Institution “Uzbekistan Scientific Testing and Quality Control Center” Gaziyev Gayratjon Alimdjanovich spoke at today's forum.

Today's forum was attended by the following companies: “VEOLIA ENERGY TASHKENT” LLC, “Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex” LLC, Shurtan Oil and Gas Production Department, “Maxam-Chirchik” JSC, “Kizilqum Phosphorite Complex” LLC, “Ammofos-Maxam” JSC, “Dehqonabad Potassium Plant” JSC, “UzAutoCepla” JSC, “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC, “UzKabel” JSC, “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical” JSC, The heads and representatives of Uzbekkimyomash Plant and Grand Art Ceramics LLC participated. The visiting heads and representatives of the enterprises got acquainted with the activities of the educational, research laboratories and technopark of the departments of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and received detailed answers to their questions.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in Resolution No. 343 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, training courses on the topic "Advanced training of chemical and bacteriological analysis laboratory personnel in the drinking water supply and wastewater system" began today at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology for the 6th group of employees of organizations within the system of "Uzsuvtaminot" JSC. A ceremony of awarding laboratory personnel who completed the training course was held.

During the forum, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the enterprises of VEOLIA ENERGY TASHKENT LLC, IMPETUS NOVA CHEMICALS LLC, and UZKABEL JV on cooperation in the field of personnel training and the establishment of a dual education system.
