A master class was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology with the participation of a Hungarian professor

On October 6, 2025, a practical master class was organized for students of the “Automation and Digital Control” department of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology by Professor Andras Molnar of Obuda University, Hungary.

During the session, the professor gave a detailed explanation of the processes of signal formation using digital devices, the principle of operation of analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) converters, and signal smoothing using low-frequency filters.

During the session, real devices based on the ESP32 microcontroller were demonstrated, and students gained practical experience in creating synchronized signals based on digital systems. Also, practical mechanisms of digital signal processing, sampling, quantization and filtration processes were studied.

The professor also analyzed examples of signal discretization in time and amplitude based on the electronic textbook “Introduction to the World of Embedded Systems” and conducted training sessions on working with microprocessor boards, digital output signals, and filtering modules. At the end of the master class, Professor Andras Molnar exchanged views on the prospects for further expanding educational and scientific cooperation between TKTI and Obuda University, in particular, establishing joint projects, scientific research, and academic exchange programs in the areas of digital control systems, software engineering, and information technology.
