Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology continues to establish partnerships with new enterprises

The Logistics Association of Uzbekistan, GIZ, and the company "WMC" organized an educational and practical seminar for professors, teachers, and students of the Logistics department on March 11, 18, and 27. Under the leadership of the Logistics Association of Uzbekistan, GIZ, and the company "WMC", on March 27, 2025, professors and teachers of the Department of Industrial Economics and Management of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, F.T. Kasimova, J.A. Aliyeva, and students of the Logistics department and employees of the Department of Enterprises and Industrial Sectors visited the Logistics Center of the company "WMC" located in the Yangihayot district.

During the visit, the participants of the training and practical seminar were met by Rustam Melikulov, Sales Director of WMC, and were introduced to warehouse terminals, loading and unloading equipment and special equipment, as well as technologies for receiving, storing, processing and accounting of incoming goods.

Also, during the next seminar, presentations were made on the goals, objectives of the Logistics Center, used green technologies and digital programs, and development prospects.

After the presentation, the participants received detailed answers to all their questions from the management of the WMC Logistics Center. At the end of the event, possible cooperation agreements between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Uzbekistan Logistics Association, GIZ, and WMC were discussed.
