For students of the Department of “Industrial Economics and Management” of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, an excursion to the “Crafers” confectionery factory was organized, accompanied by the professors of the department F.T. Kasimova, G.F. Boymukhamedova and J.A. Aliyev.
Students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management, MT group 24-49, were taken on a tour of the fascinating world of the “Crafers” confectionery factory and saw how sweets are made. More than 800 highly qualified specialists work here.
At the factory, students examined cookie production lines, several wafer production lines, chocolate production lines, glazed and packaging lines. It is worth noting that the excursion to the “Crafers” factory, familiarization with real production, helps students determine their professional path during their studies, improve their professional skills and qualifications. They talked with the factory technologist to learn about the intricacies of the technologist profession, how to get a job at a confectionery factory, and what requirements are set for the profession.
They learned what benefits are guaranteed for employees of this enterprise and what requirements are set for future specialists to get a job.
