Students of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology got acquainted with the activities of the Tashkent Thermal Power Plant JSC plant.

In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 27, 2018 No. 3151-PQ “On measures to further expand the participation of sectors and industries of the economy in improving the quality of training specialists with higher education”, the Department of Physics and Energy of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies is carrying out effective work in accordance with the agreement concluded between Tashkent Thermal Power Plant JSC and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

In particular, in accordance with the agreement concluded between Tashkent Thermal Power Plant JSC and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, a group of 3rd-year students of the Department of Physics and Energy of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies, led by Umarov Ismattilla Payzullaevich, visited the plant.

In accordance with the agreement, the station management created all the conditions for students to observe theoretical training in practice.

Future power engineers got acquainted with the new 370 MW steam-gas plant of the station, power units 7 and 8 of the QT workshop, the work carried out by the chemical workshop, innovations, and the digitalization process.
