A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Tajikistan University of Technology.

It was agreed to develop cooperation between higher education institutions in the educational and scientific fields of food technology, biotechnology, and engineering, and to introduce academic mobility programs for students and professors.

Rector of the Tajikistan University of Technology Rakhmonzoda Zoir Faizali welcomed representatives of higher education institutions from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, and they were introduced to the technoparks and laboratories operating in the fields of food processing and engineering. Detailed information was provided about the equipment provided to the university by the German cooperation organization GIZ.

A visit to the Shiri Dushanbe dairy plant was organized in accordance with the program of the 3rd Regional Conference. The plant was familiarized with its activities and manufactured products.
