On July 7, 2025, an official meeting with the delegation of the Xinjiang Industrial Technical College was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The meeting was attended by the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, head of the Department of International Cooperation and Transformation, Z. Babakhanova, dean of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology, A. Normatov, and head of the Department of International Cooperation and Protocol, S. Saidakhmadov.

The Chinese delegation included Rena Guli Wubuli, director of the main office of the School of International Exchange and Cooperation, Huang Fabai, deputy dean of the School of Textile Engineering, Zhang Zhiqiang, deputy dean of the School of Food Engineering, and Ma Ling, secretary and head of the School of International Exchange and Cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of cooperation in the field of academic research, the introduction of academic mobility programs for students at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels, the organization of advanced training courses for professors and teachers, as well as the establishment of the China-Uzbekistan Friendship College.

At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of bilateral cooperation was signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Xinjiang Industrial and Technical College.
