The Forum of Enterprise Managers entitled "Industry-Enterprise-University" was held at the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

On April 19, 2025, the Forum of Enterprise Managers entitled "Industry-Enterprise-University" was held at the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies. At the forum, faculties and departments presented their developments, composites and exhibitions to enterprise leaders.

This forum was attended by representatives of more than 15 companies and enterprises, and discussed issues of cooperation in scientific research, issues of organizing internships and student internships for professors and teachers, discussion of prospects for training personnel in the Dual education system in collaboration with industrial enterprises, cooperation in commercializing innovative developments of professors and teachers, young scientists, conclusion of economic agreements, and signing new cooperation agreements and memorandums.

The forum was opened by the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, with an introductory speech.

"Students, along with gaining theoretical knowledge, should acquire practical skills in enterprises and organizations, which will help them become ready-made specialists by the time they graduate from the university, receiving a diploma. In this regard, we need to further expand cooperation with enterprises and build a bridge between the university and the enterprise for students based on the principle of the "Industry-Enterprise-University" chain," said the rector, B.Sh.Usmonov.

It is worth noting that the purpose of holding the forum of heads of enterprises of the "Industry-Enterprise-University" chain is to organize systematic work on the consistent implementation of the goals and objectives of sustainable development in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 841 dated October 20, 2018 "On measures to implement national goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development for the period until 2030", to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-158 dated September 11, 2023 on the "Uzbekistan-2030" Strategy, to establish training at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology based on the "Industry - Enterprise - University" chain in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the Minutes of the videoconference meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 32 dated June 20, 2024, The goal of our republic is to widely celebrate events dedicated to the "Year of Environmental Protection and the "Green" Economy" in 2025, develop partnerships with manufacturing enterprises, and develop international cooperation in research in the fields of oil and gas and chemical technology, cellulose and woodworking technology.

After that, the Dean of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies, Lola Azimovna Yusupova, provided information about the faculty, and the current heads of departments provided information about educational, scientific, spiritual, international relations and activities.

In particular, the head of the department "Cellulose and Wood Technology" Khusenov Arslonnazar Shernazarovich, head of the department "Chemical Technology of Oil and Gas Processing" Mengliyev Sherzod Shoimovich, professor of the department "Basic Organic Synthesis" Qodirov Xasan Ergashevich, associate professor of the department "Physics and Energy" Mamatkulov MukhammadSodik Nabiyevich provided information about educational, scientific, spiritual, international relations and activities.

During the forum, the heads and representatives of the visiting enterprises participated with their presentations and expressed their demands and suggestions.

Accordingly, the chairman of the "Me'yos" association, Akbarov Rahmatjon Yuldashevich, and the leading engineer of the chief technologist department of the Shurtan Oil and Gas Production Department, Karaeva Dilnavoz Kumakovna, spoke at today's forum. The director of the Uzbek Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Nasullaev Khikmatullo Abdulazizovich, representatives of "Shurtan Gaz Kimyo Majmuasi" LLC, Shurtan Oil and Gas Production Department, "Uzbekistan GTL" LLC, "Uz-Kor Gas Chemical" JV LLC, "Bukhara NQIZ" LLC, "SUMONO" LLC, the Tashkent city Directorate for Management of Small and Youth Industrial Zones, and other organizations participated in today's forum.

During the forum, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Meyos Association on cooperation in the field of personnel training and the establishment of a dual education system. The visiting heads and representatives of enterprises got acquainted with the activities of the educational, research laboratories and technological park of the departments of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies and received detailed answers to their questions.
