On November 18, 2024, a delegation from the South Korean company NC CAREER visited the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. An important meeting was organized as part of the visit to develop bilateral cooperation relations.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the NC CAREER company Eunchay Noh, Korean language consultant Sunok Ko, and local consultant in Uzbekistan Myongsoo Lee. On behalf of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, the Head of the Internationalization and Transformation Department Babakhanova Zebo Abdullayevna, Head of the International Cooperation and Protocol Department Saidakhmadov Saidumarkhon, Head of the Career Center Abdurakhmon Mirkomilov, and students and young people.
The main objectives of the meeting were:
-identifying international talents and providing them with training to develop professional skills;
-expanding employment opportunities within the framework of the NC CAREER program;
-Exchanging experience with graduates of natural and engineering fields studying and working in South Korea;
-Provide career counseling and support services aimed at Uzbek students who aim to work in South Korea.
During the event, industry experts provided detailed answers to students' questions and provided important recommendations on labor market opportunities, career growth strategies, and skills needed to work in South Korea.
At the end of the meeting, Memorandums were signed between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the NC CAREER company, which serve to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation.
This cooperation is expected to serve as an important step in increasing the activity of Uzbek students in the international arena and creating new opportunities.
Such events will not only test students' theoretical knowledge in practice, but also create a solid foundation for them to enter the global labor market.
