On December 12, 2024, an important meeting was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. The event was attended by officials of Navoiazot JSC, which produces more than 30% of chemical products in Uzbekistan and is one of the main segments of Uzkimyosanoat JSC. Navoiazot JSC continues its activities as one of the largest manufacturing enterprises in the sectors of industry, transport, agriculture, and the fuel and energy complex. The meeting was attended by T.T. Safarov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, A.N. Shernayev, Head of the Department of Enterprises and Industrial Sectors, and A.M. Mirkomilov, Head of the Career Center. The event discussed the development of the institute's practical and scientific activities, sending students to practice and their subsequent employment, improving the qualifications of professors and teachers, as well as improving the academic degrees of employees of Navoiazot JSC. Agreements were also made on training personnel in the dual education system.

After the meeting, officials of Navoiazot JSC received graduating students and held interviews with them on pre-graduation internships and employment. This process was organized in order to gain practical experience for the institute's students, familiarize them with industrial sectors, and create opportunities for successful employment in the future.

At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to further strengthen mutual cooperation between the parties and carry out effective work on personnel training in the future.
