An open dialogue "Rector and Youth" was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

On January 21, 2025, the “Rector and Youth” meeting was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. It was attended by the rector of the institute, Professor Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational work, Boborajabov Bakhodir Nasriddinovich, the rector's advisor on ensuring the stability of the socio-spiritual environment among students, Akramov Olimkhon Akhrorovich, faculty deans, deputy deans, tutors and students.

At the meeting, organized in the form of an open dialogue, the rector of the institute informed the youth about the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Approval of the Strategy of the Transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a “Green” Economy for the Period of 2019-2030” and the wide opportunities created for students and youth in the new 2025 “Year of Environmental Protection and “Green” Economy”. After that, information was provided about the work carried out by the institute within the framework of international cooperation, the opportunities created for students, including the possibility of studying abroad on the basis of academic exchange.

The meeting focused on paying attention and caring for the ambitious youth, who are our main support in achieving the great goal of building a new Uzbekistan in our country. It was emphasized that creating the necessary conditions and opportunities for them to fully demonstrate their talents and potential in all areas is a priority of state policy.

Students and young people were told about the reforms being implemented at the institute, the traditions of this institute, the famous teachers who have matured here, the sharp differences between the previous and current educational conditions, and the opportunities that the institute's leadership is currently creating for students to learn.

At today's meeting, students gave the floor to students and young people, emphasizing the need to openly and freely express their opinions about the education system at the institute, the quality of classes, the scientific potential of professors and teachers, spiritual and educational activities, the information and resource center, and the conditions created for students in the student dormitory.

At the end of the meeting, the responsible leaders and employees were instructed to develop an action plan for the institute to eliminate the above-mentioned suggestions and problems made by students, and it was decided to positively resolve the questions and problems raised by young people and provide practical assistance.
