October 1 – Celebration event on the occasion of Teachers and Mentors Day

Yesterday, a celebration event was held at the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies under the slogan “Respect for the Teacher”. This solemn ceremony was dedicated to showing high respect and honor to teachers and mentors, appreciating their invaluable services in the field of education.

The event was opened by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs B.N. Boborajabov. In his speech, he especially recognized the selfless work of teachers and mentors in raising the future generation as educated, spiritually mature and patriotic people and sincerely congratulated all teachers on the holiday.

The festive program included live songs, heartfelt poems, and charming dance performances by the “Yangi Nafas” group, which added a festive mood to everyone. Also, the video “Ustoz Hayot Me’mori” and sincere speeches by students dedicated to teachers added even more artistry and meaning to the program.

At the end of the event, the participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers, noting that such events of tribute bring boundless joy to the hearts of teachers, and strengthen the feelings of deep respect and loyalty towards them in students.

This festive event undoubtedly increased respect for teachers and mentors, and served to strengthen the strong bond between teacher and student in the educational process.
