New cooperation with a Hungarian university is developing

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Alisher Shukurov held a meeting with the participation of the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, the vice-rector of the Hungarian Obuda University Andras Molnar and a number of officials. The meeting discussed issues of establishing bilateral cooperation and defining future plans within the framework of a new project.

In this regard, the issues of establishing cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture within the framework of the project to establish an “Engineering School” for automotive and agricultural machinery in the Jizzakh region, as well as determining the next steps in the agricultural sector within the framework of this project, were also considered.

Deputy Minister Alisher Shukurov noted that student exchange with Hungary has been established at a high level. He also noted that further expansion of cooperation in this area is beneficial for both sides.

At the end of the meeting, Alisher Shukurov expressed his readiness to listen to the proposals and initiatives of András Molnár with pleasure, continue mutual dialogue and provide all-round assistance within the framework of the powers of the Ministry of Agriculture.

For information, Obuda University is located in Budapest, Hungary, and is one of the oldest educational institutions in the country, with faculties and programs of engineering and applied sciences that have a rich tradition of 130 years.
