The next step towards international cooperation

Today, a meeting was organized at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology with representatives of the China-Asia Economic Development Association under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in order to study the experience of China, expand international cooperation and implement new projects. This dialogue was held via the ZOOM platform.

The meeting was organized as a result of international contacts established within the framework of the participation of the institute's employees in the "Global Expansion and Foreign Trade" summit held in Suzhou, China on July 14-15.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Joint Educational Programs Department Khakimova Nasiba, Dean of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology A.Normatov, Professors of the Department of Biotechnology N.Khujamshukurov, Head of the Department of Enology A.Boboyev, Head of the Department of Food Technology A.Ruziboyev, Senior Lecturer of the Department A.Fayzullayev, Head of the Department of Functional Products Technology Eshmatov.F.X. Associate Professor O.Azizov, Senior Lecturer N.Fayzullayeva, and exchanged views on promising projects to be implemented in the future.

In particular:

• production of natural medicinal products from plants,

• exchange of experience and development of joint initiatives,

• attraction of investments aimed at supporting scientific research, education and innovative developments were discussed.

These initiatives are of particular importance as one of the important steps taken by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to ensure the implementation of the agreements reached with China.
