“Safe and Healthy School” — round table discussion was held

A round table discussion was organized under the slogan “Safe and Healthy School” at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology in order to create a safe environment and prevent crime and offenses.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering Sh.B. Bukhorov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs J. Siddikov, Deputy Head of the Department for Coordination of Activities of the Internal Affairs Body of Mirzo Ulugbek District, Lieutenant Colonel Sh.V. Mirzayev, Head of the Department for Prevention of Crimes in the Field of Information Technologies, Major D.T. Tursunov, and the Institute’s Prevention Inspector A.N. Jumanov.

The experts provided detailed information about the spread of drugs among young people through social networks, the negative consequences of various foreign ideas and temptations. The penalties established by law for each criminal offense were also explained. At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions from experts.
