Previously, at least 10 children would compete for one place in higher education. As a result of a 3-fold increase in the number of universities in a short period of time, 42 percent of young people are now enrolled. Due to the fact that the state covers the contract fee for women, their number has increased 11 times. The ranks of boys and girls who are achieving success in their fields are constantly expanding. Just one example was mentioned - currently, more than 1,500 of our students are studying at prestigious universities around the world.
Especially among our children, interest in learning foreign languages has increased sharply. Over the past 3 years, the number of young people learning languages has reached 2 million, and the number of those who have received high scores on the IELTS exam has increased 5 times. According to the first document, a fund has been created under the Youth Agency, and $ 100 million has been allocated to it. Now, it was noted that young entrepreneurs will be provided with preferential loans of up to 2.5 billion soums, and up to 2 billion soums will be invested in startup projects.
The second resolution establishes a new system for ensuring the employment of university graduates. For this, it was noted that $ 100 million will be allocated to the National Bank, and banking services will be introduced to transform their initiatives and ideas into projects.
It was also noted that a commission will be created to provide graduates with employment, consisting of khokims, bank and enterprise managers. This places a huge responsibility on the team of our institute and its professors and teachers to produce qualified personnel.
