Students who actively participated in a large educational event within the framework of the global campaign "Let's unite to end digital violence against women" and "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" were awarded.
Opening the event, the rector of our institute, Usmonov Botir Shukurillaevich, noted that this initiative is aimed at protecting the rights and interests of women, ending violence against them in the digital space and forming a digital culture among students, that the institute has carried out a number of active and meaningful works in this direction, and also expressed relevant ideas on the development of a healthy communication culture in society. He provided the participants with detailed information about the types of digital violence, its consequences and ways to combat them.
During the meeting, the rector's advisor on women, G.Sh.Aripova, provided information on digital safety, discrimination against women in the online environment, and the prevention of violence.
