As part of the "Green Space" nationwide project, a republican marathon was launched in the city of Jizzakh.

On March 15, 2025, within the framework of the "Green Space" project, a republican marathon of planting saplings to create a "Garden of Intellectuals" was launched on the territory of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute under the slogan "These gardens will be one garden..!"

More than 200 members of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology (including vice-rectors, deans, heads of departments, volunteer representatives and students from each faculty, and other officials) participated via ZOOM from the courtyard of the main building, and after the start, tree planting began. Deputy of the Yashnabad District Council Kh.L. Pulatov and deputy of the Shaykhontohur District Council B.N. Boborajabov also participated in it.

A team and students led by the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, and students from the territory of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute actively participated in the tree planting marathon.

As part of the nationwide project "Green Space", a total of more than 500 ornamental tree and shrub seedlings were planted on the territory of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology in the spring of this year.
