An open lesson on the topic "Fat Mimics and Their Application" was held
At the Faculty of Food and Winemaking Technologies of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, an open lesson on the topic "Fat Mimics and Their Application" was held by the Associate Professor of the Department of Food and Perfumery and Cosmetics Technology, Doctor of Philosophy (DSc), Sh.D. Salijonova.
During the lesson, students were explained:
Fats, essential oils and raw materials for perfumery and cosmetic products;
Technologies for the production of emulsion products;
Practical aspects of modern technologies taking into account economic efficiency.
The lesson was organized on the basis of interactive methods and handouts and was highly appreciated by the experts of the department.
