“Study in Uzbekistan”: A large-scale seminar on international education was held in Bukhara

On April 18, a practical seminar on the “Study in Uzbekistan” electronic information system was organized at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel in Bukhara. The event was held at the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation in cooperation with the Asian International University.

The seminar was attended by about 200 vice-rectors for international relations and heads of departments of higher education institutions of our country, representatives of relevant ministries and departments, and specialists working in the field of serving foreign students, as well as Egamnazar Abdulboqiyev, Advisor to the Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on Information Policy Issues, Press Secretary, and Shokhzod Sheraliyev, Head of the International Rating, Accreditation and Transformation Department.

The event was opened by Abduvali Kholikov, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. Muzaffar Esanov, Deputy Director of the Center for the Development of Higher Education, also gave a presentation on the opportunities of the "Study in Uzbekistan" system.
