Regulation "On the control and evaluation of ranking order of knowledge of students of higher educational institutions"

The Regulations are made on the basis of the order number 204 of 11 June 2009, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered under number 1981 dated July 10, 2009 in the Ministry of Justice.

The position is intended to organize the control of knowledge and assessments of rating university students on the basis of the laws "On Education" (Information Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1997 Art. 9, p. 225), "On the national training program" (Newsletter of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan St.11-12, p.295), as well as on the basis of Regulation Council of Ministers № 343 of August 16, 2001 "On approval of state standards in higher education" (Code of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001 t.15-16, Art .104).

Monitor students' knowledge and on the basis of the rating to improve the quality of education and to identify competitive in the future frames, supervise quality mastering subjects students.

The main functions of the rating:

a) knowledge of students must meet the requirements of the relevant State Standard, verification and analysis of the skills and abilities;

b) assess the main areas of knowledge and skills of students:

easy to determine, in accordance with state educational standards, scientism and accuracy;

c) organization and verification of students' knowledge in the subjects in accordance with the prescribed period, then their analysis;

g) to develop a desire for independent work of the students, it is necessary to ensure a timely means of information technologies;

d) objectively and fairly evaluate students' knowledge in a timely manner to acquaint students with the results of assessment;

e) to provide a comprehensive and systematic training of students;

g) to provide students with computer equipment in the educational process.
